Zutrue is operated by Zusystem LLC. Zutrue is the customer-facing brand of Zusystem LLC, the registered legal entity providing the Service. By accessing or using our website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Consent to Communication
By using the Service and providing your contact information on our website, you agree that we may contact you by email and phone in connection with your inquiry. Submitting a form does not by itself enroll you in text messaging — SMS communications require a separate, optional opt-in as described in the SMS Terms below. Your consent to any communications is not a condition of any purchase.
3. SMS Terms
By separately opting in to receive SMS communications from Zutrue (operated by Zusystem LLC), you agree to receive text messages at the mobile number you provide. Marketing text messages require their own separate, optional opt-in and are never bundled with customer care, appointment confirmation, or reminder messages.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact Zutrue through https://zutrue.com.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Zutrue may change or discontinue its SMS program at any time.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zutrue and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Zutrue.
5. User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service; (3) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

While we strive for the best results, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes, ROI, or performance from our marketing services, as results are subject to market factors beyond our control.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
